The Musée du Malgré-Tout and its educational team help teachers and pupils discover archaeology, from prehistory to antiquity.
Our mission: to offer adapted, accessible and stimulating tools to enrich learning in the classroom and on school outings.

An offer adapted to all school audiences
Our educational events are aimed at a wide range of audiences:

- from kindergarten to secondary 6;
- in general, technical technical, vocational and specialized education,
- with a special focus on students with special needs.
All our activities are designed in line with the common core curriculum and developed around an active pedagogy: learning by doing, experimenting, discovering archaeological objects and meeting with our specialized instructors.
Educational resources at your disposal
The museum provides teachers with a series of illustrated educational documents free of charge:

- at permanent and temporary exhibitions;
- at activities, meetings and educational visits.

– At the museum Come with your classes for an immersive cultural outing, combining guided tours, hands-on workshops and discovery of the collections.
– At school our teaching team can also visit your school come directly to your school to lead to run certain activities.
